ES-200 is low price and can make easily nanofiber and nanoparticle.
The device is based on "electrospray deposition" method (or "electrospinning" method) that fabricates nanofibers and nanoparticles from a polymer solution by applying high voltage.
The diameter of nanofibers are generally between a few tens nanometer to several micrometers which can be controlled by spray voltage, nozzle-collector distance, molecular weight, concentration of the solution, etc...

1. Esprayer ES-200 is an easy-to-use model of electrospray deposition (electrospinning) device with fundamental functions and low price.
2. This simple device makes samples in various size and purposes, up to A4 size (210x297mm) nanofiber sheets.
3. All parameters are controlled by the operation panel on the front face.
4. At the maximum, three syringes can be attached at the syringe holder which moves vertically to spray large area evenly
5. Various types of substrate (ex, cylindrical collector) is set on the turntable to be rotated to collect the sprayed polymer. A4 size sheet sample can be obtained by wrapping aluminum foil or matrix sheet on the collector.

Nanofilter
The commercial filter coated by polymer nanofiber.
Compared with conventional filters, nanofiber coated filter achieves high filtration efficiency and low-pressure loss.

Nanofabric
To take advantage of the large specific surface area of nanofiber and antibiotic property of chitosan, nanofaric chitosan is used as scaffold for tissue engineering and wound dressing materials.
